Levan Tsutskiridze works as the NIMD Representative in the South Caucasus. Before he joined the NIMD, Levan worked as the Rector of the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA). Earlier, he was the Project Manager for the reform of the Georgian civil registration system. In his earlier career, Levan served at the OSCE and with Open Society Foundation in Georgia.
Levan Tsutskiridze graduated from the Johns Hopkins University Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). His research and professional interests are in foreign and security affairs, political institution building and democratic development.

Salome Mukhuradze works as a Program Officer for the Political Party Assistance Program at the Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy South Caucasus Representation. Through her career at State Organs, local NGOs and an International Organizations, Salome was actively engaged in the elaboration of successful ways to implement a democratic model for the civic society in Georgia. She also worked as an invited lecturer of Public International Law and the Law of International Organizations at the Georgian Technical University.
Salome Mukhuradze has successfully graduated from the Tbilisi State University with the Bachelor and Master Degree in Public International Law. She also holds the Master Degree in Intercultural Conflict Management from the Alice Salomon University of Applied Sciences, Berlin.

Mariam Chikhladze works as a Democracy Education Program Officer at the Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy Eastern European Neighborhood Office. She joined NIMD team in 2012 and worked as an Administrative Officer for three years. Mariam has completed internships at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia and the Committee of Foreign Relations of the Parliament of Georgia (2010-2012). During her student years, Mariam was actively involved in the activities of European youth NGO “European Youth Parliament”, on national and international level. During 2011-2012 years, she was presiding European Youth Parliament – Georgia Representation.
Mariam Chikhladze is a graduate of the Tbilisi State University, holding Bachelor’s degree in International Relations (2007–2011). In 2013, Mariam graduated from the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs, School of Law and Politics with the Master Degree of International Politics and Diplomacy. Her professional interests lay in security issues, political institutions and theories of international relations.

Shorena Joel works on the position of the Finance Officer at the Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy Eastern European Neighborhood Office. Before this assignment, she worked as the Finance and Administration Officer at United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization in Georgia – UNFAO during 2009-2015.
She also worked at IREX/IATP as a County Coordinator for Georgia in 2006-2007 and as a Training Program Officer at IREX Media Innovations Program – USAID funded project during 2005-2006.
In 2007/2008 she received a governmental scholarship from the Cyprus Planning Bureau and obtained the MBA from the Cyprus University. She also holds the Master’s degree in Oriental Studies (1990–1995) as a graduate of the Tbilisi State University.

Lado Chomakhidze works as an Administrative Officer at the “Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Development” Eastern European Neighborhood Office from April 2015. During 2011-2015 years Lado was working as Administration Manager at USAID founded project “Good Governance for Georgia, 2006-2010 years as an Administration and Logistics Manager at “Public Administration Reform” (PAR) project.
Lado Chomakhidze has graduated Tbilisi State Medical University, holding Diploma of General Practice Doctor. Lado holds the Certificate of “Certified Administrative Manager”-Tbilisi ESM Free University and “Project Management” certificate by Tbilisi Management Academy.

Emin Aslanov works as Azerbaijan-based Program Assistant at the NIMD South Caucasus Regional Program. Before joining the NIMD, Emin worked as a staff attorney, coordinated Free Legal Aid Program at the American Bar Association. In his earlier career, he served as a lawyer and executive director at the Lawyers Committee on Human Rights. He also worked as a lawyer and an expert at the Legal Education Society.
Emin Aslanov graduated from the Baku State University, faculty of International Law and International Relations. His research and professional interests lay in international relations, democratic development and human rights.

Tamar Mameishvili works as a Coordinator of Batumi Democracy School at the Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy in Ajara region. Before she joined the NIMD, Tamar worked as a Project Coordinator for the Institute of Democracy and as a Media Monitor for the Institute for Polling and Marketing. She also has an experience of working as an Editor of the website “Ajaranews.ge” and as a reporter at the newspaper “Batumelebi.”
Tamar Mameishvili holds a Master Degree in Journalism and Media Management from the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA). Her professional interests lay in covering News, theories of media management and public opinion surveys. She does her best to contribute to the development of democratic and tolerant community.

Ana Shalikiani works as a Coordinator of Kutaisi Democracy School at the Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy in Imereti Region. Before joining the NIMD, she worked as a Senior Specialist at Kutaisi City Hall Economic Service. She has also worked as a Project Mobilizer for Georgian Organization of Scout Movement in the framework of educational program YCPB, granted by British Petroleum (BP).
Ana has co-authored and implemented several civic education projects.
Ana Shalikiani has got Master Degree in Public Law. Ana’s research and professional interests are in municipal affairs and civil education. She is fond of scouting.

Zaza Chipashvili is a Coordinator of Gori Democracy School at the Netherlands institute for Multiparty Democracy in Shida Kartli region. Earlier, he worked as a coordinator of various social and humanitarian projects at the local NGO - Charity Humanitarian Centre “ABKHAZETI” (CHCA). Through his carrier, he was employed in different public institutions - held the position of the Head of Social Service Regional Agency and Head of Gori Municipality Social Department.
Zaza Chipashvili holds a Master degree in Local Governance and Self-government from the Georgian Institution of Public Affairs (GIPA). He also graduated from the Tskhinvali State Pedagogical Institute, the faculty of History and Philology.

Nikoloz Sharvashidze is a Coordinator of Telavi Democracy School at the Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy in Kakheti Region. Before joining the NIMD, he was working for Telavi Division of National Statistics Office of Georgia with Millennium Challenge Georgia Impact Evaluation Project. He used to work for Youth Affairs Department of Local Government of Telavi Municipality. Nikoloz Sharvashidze has an experience of working with government institutions, as well as at various international projects.
Nikoloz Sharvashidze holds Master Degree in Diplomacy and History of International Relations from the Telavi Jakob Gogebashvili State University. He graduated from the same university with the Bachelor Degree in History of the World and Diplomacy.

Kateryna Pesotska works as an Executive Assistant at the Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy South Caucasus Representation in Kyiv office. Before joining NIMD, Kateryna worked as a lawyer at one prominent Ukrainian law firms and as a Fiscal Executive at international company based in Kyiv.
Kateryna holds Bachelor and Master Degree in Law of National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. Through her university years, she actively participated in different moot court competitions dealing with issues of international public law.
